Man is given a life sentence in Britain for raping a youngster

On the 21 March 2023 we were celebrating Humans Right Day, but here we are.😭😭😭😭😭😭We were saying everyone have a right to say no. Someone's right should not be violated:

 Rustenburg,  A man was given a life sentence for raping a 15-year-old girl in Oukasie, close to Brits, six years ago. The Brits Regional Court handed down a sentence to 26-year-old Itumeleng Moyo on Wednesday.

The defendant was found guilty of raping a 15-year-old girl and received a sentence. The girl was with her pals at Mountain View, Oukasie on Saturday, December 31 2016, at around 21:30 when Moyo who was 20 at the time of the event attacked them according to evidence presented in court. 

He then kidnapped the victim by force and made a knife threat to her. She was taken to a cabin where she was raped. The victim knew the defendant, who was taken into custody on January 22 2018. On January 26 2023, he was found guilty after being definitely identified by DNA, according to a spokesperson for the North West police, Captain Aafje Botma.

According to her, ''Lieutenant-General Sello Kwena, the police commissioner for the North West province, approved of Moyo's sentence of life in prison. Sergeant Ndubane of the British Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit, as well as all other role-players were praised by Lieutenant-General Kwena for their excellent cooperation which in his opinion will serve as a stern warning to those who violate women and children while committing crimes.
